Yes, this is a 100% remote position. You can work from anywhere in the USA as long as you have a reliable internet connection and a suitable workspace.
We offer flexible scheduling with various shift options available. You can choose shifts that work best for your schedule, including part-time and full-time options. Most shifts are between 8am-8pm in your timezone.
You'll need a laptop or desktop computer (Windows or Mac), a reliable high-speed internet connection (minimum 10 Mbps), and a quiet workspace. A headset with microphone is recommended for clearer communication.
We offer competitive hourly rates starting at $15-18/hour depending on experience, with opportunities for performance-based bonuses. Pay increases are available based on performance and tenure.
All new hires receive comprehensive paid training covering our systems, customer service best practices, and company policies. Training typically lasts 1-2 weeks and includes ongoing support from team leads.
